wholesale banking - alpha talent acceleration program

As a new joiner, you will be placed within Alpha Bank’s Wholesale Banking Business Areas, where you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and assess financial data related to Business Customers. You will also support key operations related to relationship management for Customers under the responsibility of the respective Business Areas.

Depending on your knowledge and skills, you may follow a development track across various domains, such as Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Trade Lending, and Transaction Banking.

What You Will Be Doing

•    Assessing and processing financial statements and investment plans of large corporate Customers and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Collaborating with the financial departments of corporate Customers for the collection of financial data.
• Collaborating with the other Business Areas of the Bank, the Branch Network and the Alpha Bank Group Companies for the implementation of the decisions made by the Credit Committees of the Bank.
• Reporting on the portfolio of the Business Area concerned. 

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s and/or a postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related field.
• Previous work experience in financial analysis positions will be considered an asset.
• Strong collaboration skills in the daily interactions with both Customers and the Alpha Bank Employees.
• Self-motivation, methodical approach and a results-oriented perspective.
• Analytical and synthetic skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Ability to deliver within fixed deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
