About the job

As an User Engagement and Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design, functionality, and user experience of the Bank’s corporate website, along with the websites of our Group Companies in Greece. Additionally, the role will focus on driving continuous improvement, ensuring seamless alignment with the Bank and Group’s Digital Marketing and Social Media strategies, and leading initiatives for their ongoing renewal and optimization. 


What you will be doing :


•   Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring their team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

•   Oversee the implementation of the Bank and Group’s Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy, continuously evaluating and adjusting respective initiatives as needed to improve performance.

•   Manage the content creation for the Bank’s website and social media channels, for email marketing campaigns and for online advertising campaigns.

•   Manage budgets for digital marketing activities.

•   Collaborate with other teams to ensure digital marketing efforts support business goals.

•   Build and manage relationships with social media influencers and other partners.

 

What you need to have :


•   A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations or in any other related field.

•   A postgraduate degree in a related field would be considered an asset.

•   A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a managerial position within Digital Marketing and Social Media in the Banking or similar sector

•   Ability to analyze and interpret website and social media analytics

•   Ability to optimize website and social media profiles to improve search engine rankings

•   Monitoring of industry trends and staying afoot with new technologies and platforms.

•   A Google Analytics Certification or A SEMrush - SEO Certification would be consider an asset

•   Strong communication and leadership skills.

•   Excellent oral and written communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language.

•   Proficient use of the MS Office applications.
