About the job
As a Property Management Specialist, you will report to the Team Leader of the Property Management Division and be part of the team responsible for managing the operational aspects of Alpha Bank Group’s portfolio of leased assets, where the Group acts as either the lessor or lessee.
In this role, you will manage lease agreements, oversee lease indexation processes, track collections, and prepare detailed reports to support business operations. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, while maintaining open and effective communication with tenants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing
Lease Management:
Maintain and update lease agreements in the company’s database
Process lease renewals, amendments, and terminations
Ensure all leases are compliant with the Group’s policies and relevant laws
Coordinate with tenants and legal teams to resolve any lease-related issues
Indexation & Financial Tracking:
Handle lease indexations, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments
Monitor rent payments and other collections, following up on any overdue accounts
Maintain accurate financial records related to leases and collections
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on lease status, financial performance, and collections
Analyze lease data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts related to leasing activities
Tenant Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease inquiries
Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance or other departments as needed
Ensure excellent tenant service and satisfaction
Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of lease-related documentation and correspondence
Support senior management with special projects and initiatives
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both digital and physical
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in lease administration, property management, or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with property management software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is preferred
