What you'll do
- Maintain and continuously improve the Group’s Business Continuity Management policy
- Coordinate Business Impact Analysis to identify critical activities, dependencies and disruption impacts
- Perform Threat and Risk Assessments and prioritize remediation of risks exceeding tolerance levels
- Oversee the development, implementation and execution of ICT and non-ICT Business Continuity Plans
- Evaluate plan adequacy and effectiveness using testing results and real-life disruption performance
- Assess business continuity risks related to third-party service providers
- Prepare management and committee reporting on continuity, resilience, testing, risks and remediation
- Administer Business Continuity training and awareness programs
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Plans & Disaster Recovery Planning
- Business Impact Analysis and Threat and Risk Assessment
- Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Testing
- ICT Risk Management and Cybersecurity
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Regulatory Compliance, Risk Remediation, Management Reporting & Training and Awareness Programs
- Computer Science / Risk Management / Cybersecurity / Engineering / Business Administration with Information and Communication Technologies / Any Field
