About the job

As a Marketing & Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing efforts to analyze market trends, assessing consumer needs for banking products, and evaluating the Bank’s image. The job holder’s insights will play a key role in shaping and refining the Bank’s communication strategy.


What you will be doing :


•   Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring the team and fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

•   Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies, aiming at enhancing brand awareness and promoting of banking products and services.

•   Create and manage compelling content across various channels. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and production teams to create an aligned content with the brand's voice and messaging.

•   Coordinate with product-related Business Units, to ensure promotional efforts align with bank-wide goals and with the Banking Services & Operations Legal Support Business Area to ensure correct trademarking. 

•   Contribute to planning of marketing budgets and analyze the effectiveness of advertising efforts.


What you need to have :


•   A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations or in any other related field.

•   A postgraduate degree in a related field would be considered an asset.

•   A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a managerial position in advertising within the banking sector or similar.

•   Strong ability to research audience preferences and market trends.

•   Strong communication and leadership skills.

•   Excellent oral and written communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language.

•   Proficient use of the MS Office applications.
