loans syndication senior specialist

As a Loans Syndication Senior Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation of all the activities that are required for the issuance of the Syndicated Loans of the Bank’s Customers from the design of the product till the financial closing.

What you will be doing

• Cooperate with the Client Coverage teams in the transaction's structuring and prepare and monitor the A-Z process of the offer/mandate letter with the terms and conditions of the transaction in close cooperation with the Customer.
• Design and implement the distribution process and echoes invited banks appetite for participation in the transaction.
• Source international syndicated transactions and be responsible for the A-Z process of the transaction, in close cooperation with international FIs.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to draft Contractual Documents and secure corporate authorizations.
• Oversee actions for issuing Syndicated Loans for the Bank’s clients.
• Coordinate with Credit Services and Branch Network to ensure smooth disbursements.
• Participate in alternative financing programs for the Bank’s Wholesale Clientele.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or STEM.
• A Master’s Degree in Banking, Finance or Economics, STEM.
• At least five (5) years of experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with financing legal documentation will be considered an asset.
• Advanced use of the Windows operating system and of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
