integration and business initiatives senior specialist

As an Integration and Group Initiatives Senior Specialist you will be supporting the implementation of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives.

What you will be doing

• Contribute to the execution of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term value objectives.

• Support the development and validation of business cases by defining key objectives, financial and non-financial value drivers, and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.

• Support collaboration between different business areas by coordinating priorities and fostering stakeholder engagement.

• Serve as a point of contact with relevant external partners to support the progress of key initiatives.

• Monitor performance against key indicators, ensuring sustained focus on intended business outcomes beyond initiative delivery.

• Oversee progress of initiatives, identify potential issues and opportunities and propose interventions.

• Prepare progress reports and presentations for the ExCo and other Committees. 

• Work closely with other Business Areas to assist maturing business requirements and prioritize initiatives with the related BAs across the Bank to maximize extracted value.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)

• At least three (3) years of working experience in  top-tier strategy consulting firms, or internal consulting units of top-tier companies

• Experience in Project Management, Business Development, Planning and Budgeting

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deliverables

• Fluent in English
