direct channels marketing specialist

As a Direct Channels Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the Marketing Campaigns of the Bank’s products and services through various channels to promote the image of the Bank in accordance with the Bank’s communication policy. 

What you will be doing :

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing promotion strategies for banking products and services, including creating promotional plans, campaigns, and materials.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, production teams and external vendors (advertising companies) to create compelling marketing campaign and advertising materials, such as brochures, videos, and social media content that highlight the bank's strengths and value proposition in store.
• Coordinate the promotion of the Bank's products and services through exhibitions, conferences, workshops, sponsorships and special activities in shopping centers.
• Propose and execute comprehensive trade marketing initiatives and plans, aligning with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Implement trade-related events to showcase the bank's expertise and offerings to industry professionals.
• Monitor the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you need to have :

•   A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations or related field.

•   A Master’s degree in related field is preferred.

•   At least 7 years of working experience in relevant position within Marketing in the Banking or similar sector.

•   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•   Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

•   Attention to detail. 

•   A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 

•   Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

•   Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
