data governance quality senior specialist

As a Business Data Quality Senior Specialist you will be placed in Data Governance & Quality and you will be responsible for applying the data quality processes to the entire data lifecycle and the design of the data quality monitoring mechanisms and the remediation actions respective

What you will be doing

•    Establishe effective data quality monitoring mechanisms to cover the entire data lifecycle from front end systems to the aggregation and reporting layer.
•    Assist the data owners to perform the data quality assessment. 
•    Perform analysis of the data quality problems and drives the root cause and impact analysis, to identify the appropriate remediation actions.
•    Design Key Quality Indicators for the critical elements to support the data quality monitoring.
•    Design Sampling procedures to identify quality issues 
•    Review data quality issue registry and data quality dashboards to ensure the timely response to remediation activities.
•    Participate in projects to ensure the establishment of data quality validation rules and controls  to proactively preserve the data quality.
•    Propose projects for key data element quality improvement in collaboration with business areas, assures completeness and accuracy of the implementation and monitors project process.
•    Provide the Key Performance Indicators measuring the data quality performance for the data governance Bodies Updates.

What you need to have

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information management, Finance, Economics or relevant fields
•    A Master’s degree in Data Management (preferred) 
•    At least seven (7) years of working experience in data management practices and principles or regulatory / internal reporting production 
•    Experience on Continuous Process Improvement  and Continuous Quality Improvement
