About the job
As a Project Manager, you will be part of Project Governance and Delivery and play a key role in the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and communication of the Bank’s ongoing projects. The role focuses on ensuring effective project execution while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will be doing
• Implement the approved methodology for planning, monitoring, and managing Bank-wide business projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to determine required actions and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects.
• Adjust project scope, schedule, and costs as directed, based on appropriate verification techniques.
• Monitor business project progress using relevant tools, including timelines and action plans, and prepare consolidated reports to update all involved stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for business projects.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Assist in risk management assessments to minimize potential risks.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation relevant to the role.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
• At least four (4) years of professional experience in project management, with involvement across the project lifecycle.
• A strong team player mindset, combined with a results-oriented and delivery-focused approach.
• A Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE, Agile) will be highly valued.
