What you'll do
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while identifying needs for financial products and services
- Acquire new customers to generate revenue and grow the customer portfolio
- Manage customer issues and complaints to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor customers’ financial statements, adverse data and payment delays, taking appropriate action
- Attract deposits and promote financial products, asset management products and banking services
- Support actions for granting and participating in medium-sized business loans
- Collaborate across business areas, branches and group companies to provide timely service and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Develop cross-selling sales with business areas and group companies
- Prepare requested reporting materials for the Business Centre clientele
- Execute the budget applicable to your clientele
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Wholesale Banking & Relationship Management
- Client Portfolio Management & Business Development
- Financial Products and Services, Banking Services & Asset Management Products
- Customer Complaint Management & Cross-Selling
- Deposit Attraction & Credit and Loan Support
- Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budget Execution & EBA Guidelines
- Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics / Any Field
