About the job
As an Asset Liability Associate you will be participating in the assessment of the Bank’s assets and liabilities profile.
What you will be doing
Assist in the monitoring of the debt securities Investments portfolio of the Bank and the Group (Amortized Cost Portfolio) and produce relevant position reports on a monthly and on an ad hoc basis
Participate in the production and development of reports related to hedging derivatives across the Bank’s balance sheet
Contribute to projects and presentations related to debt securities portfolio management
Participate in research related to Balance Sheet management thematics
Participate in the production of reports incorporated in the Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCo)
Prepare Investment Committee materials for the Bank’s subsidiaries
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in Banking, Asset/Liability Management or related field
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Proficiency in the use of MS Office
Knowledge of Power BI, VBA and Think-Cell would be an Asset
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
