What you'll do
- Monitor building systems daily through KNX and BMS platforms
- Perform technical inspections on electrical and safety systems
- Check HVAC, water supply, and fire-fighting systems regularly
- Carry out preventive maintenance and small corrective works
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults using appropriate tools
- Support technical projects, installations, and office reconfiguration works
- Track and handle maintenance requests and technical issues through JIRA
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Electrical systems and technical maintenance
- Valid Electrical License (1st Group, Specialty A)
- Facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance
- BMS platforms, building automation systems, and KNX
- HVAC systems and technical troubleshooting
- Electrical and safety inspections, JIRA, technical project support, and English language
- Any Field / Electrical Engineering
