To lead the company’s AI agenda, turning business opportunities into practical, scalable and measurable solutions. You will drive innovation from concept to adoption, translating business needs into products, automations and intelligent capabilities that deliver tangible value across the organisation.

What your day to day will include:

  • Leading and evolving the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer experience, productivity and measurable value

  • Building and leading a high-performing team of Product Owners, Engineers and strategic partners, establishing the ways of working, delivery standards and culture needed for innovation at scale

  • Identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities across customer, commercial, operational and internal productivity domains

  • Driving rapid experimentation and prototyping, evaluating build, buy and partner options to validate feasibility, value, risk and scalability

  • Defining the organisation’s approach to agents, knowledge retrieval, orchestration, governance, monitoring and human oversight

  • Partnering with Data, Technology, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance and business teams to ensure solutions are secure, responsible, integrated and scalable

  • Driving adoption across the organisation through capability building, change management and reusable delivery patterns that accelerate future initiatives


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related technical field. Advanced degree or specialised qualification is a plus

  • 10+ years of experience across technology, digital products, data, software engineering, automation or digital transformation, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions from concept to measurable business impact

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions

  • Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration and model evaluation, with the ability to apply these capabilities to real business challenges

  • Solid understanding of data foundations, enterprise integration, governance, security, privacy and responsible technology practices

  • Ability to evaluate platforms, vendors and delivery approaches, making effective build, buy or partner decisions while balancing speed, cost, risk and scalability
