What you'll do
- Assess business needs and translate requirements and brand guidelines into engaging design solutions
- Design graphics, banners, newsletters, and landing pages while maintaining brand consistency and pixel-perfect quality
- Create animated and multimedia content, including short-form videos and motion graphics
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance
- Ensure responsive designs across web and mobile devices
- Propose innovative solutions informed by web, mobile, and AI-driven design trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate design and functionality
- Work with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce digital assets
- Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design solutions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Digital design, motion graphics, and Adobe Creative Suite
- After Effects, Premiere, Animate, and CapCut
- UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability optimization
- HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
- AI-assisted design solutions
- User Experience Design / Graphic Design / Any Field
