What you'll do
- Assess business needs and translate requirements and brand guidelines into engaging design solutions
- Design graphics, banners, newsletters, and landing pages with brand consistency and pixel-perfect quality
- Create animated and multimedia content including short-form videos and motion graphics for digital platforms
- Optimize design for usability, accessibility, and performance
- Ensure responsive design across all devices and propose innovative solutions based on design trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate design and functionality seamlessly
- Work with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce digital assets
- Explore and experiment with new tools and workflows including AI-assisted design solutions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with motion and video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere
- Knowledge of Graphic Design and Motion Graphics
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and Responsive Design
- Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
- Creativity and strong aesthetic sensibility
- UX Design / Graphic Designpreferred
