  • Knowledge of customer analytics use cases such as segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendations
  • Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Statisticspreferred

As an AI & Automations Engineer, you will design and deploy AI solutions in predictive analytics and generative AI, bridging business needs with technical execution to deliver scalable, ethical, and efficient systems that drive innovation across the organization.


Your day to day will include:

  • Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and technical implementation plans

  • Ensure safe and reliable GenAI outputs through testing frameworks and apply best practices for model lifecycle management, cost optimization, and observability

  • Design and deploy predictive models for customer behavior, game performance, personalization, and fraud detection

  • Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to support robust model development

  • Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and feature stores

  • Define technical architecture and deliver GenAI solutions across retail, online gaming, and enterprise platforms

  • Work closely with AI Product Owners and external partners to translate requirements into GenAI-powered products

  • Support the full GenAI lifecycle from ideation to deployment, staying up to date with the latest advancements (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal AI)


What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics or a related field. MSc in relevant topic is considered a plus 

  • Proven experience in GenAI solutions (LLMs, text-to-image, conversational AI) with strong understanding of architectures, best practices, and ethical considerations (privacy, security, compliance)

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, and hands-on use of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face)

  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and post-deployment tuning using orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)

  • Skilled in model monitoring, drift detection, and MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring) using tools like MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow

  • Hands-on with data processing (Spark, Apache Beam, Airflow) and storage systems (BigQuery, S3, Snowflake, Delta Lake)

  • Knowledge of customer analytics use cases (segmentation, churn, recommendations, real-time analytics) and strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
