What you'll do
- Prepare and review measurements and measurement drawings
- Prepare and submit accounts, certifications, and Invisible Works Acceptance Protocol (PPAE)
- Prepare Recapitulative Work Tables (APE)
- Prepare and manage New Price Protocols (PKTMNE)
- Manage contract documents and monitor compliance with contract, technical specifications, and Public Works Legislation (Law 4412/2016)
- Prepare claims
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Public Works Legislation (Law 4412/2016) and construction regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
- Experience with ERGOLOPTIS software for measurements and certification preparation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Skills in project documentation management and measurement and certification preparation
- Civil Engineering / Surveying Engineering / Any Field
