What you'll do
- Monitor and manage pending maintenance tasks and update management based on priorities
- Manage incoming correspondence and record customer requests
- Assign tasks and schedule technical interventions with Operations, Security, Cleaning, and Information Desk departments
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with technical staff
- Supervise quality and proper execution of technical works
- Communicate continuously with technicians about work progress, fault resolution, and scheduling
- Inform and coordinate with the client regarding works, faults, technical issues, and contractors
- Manage calls from the Control Center and assign corresponding tasks
- Coordinate with parking maintenance department and monitor equipment status
- Inspect electromechanical areas, record faults, and assign restoration actions
- Monitor contractor progress and support health and safety measures implementation
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, technicians, and involved departments
- Manage procurement and material orders
- Send weekly labor hours reports to the client including actual and overtime hours
- Verify completion of work orders in Coswin with technicians
- Prepare, update, and submit work schedules via ERGANI system
- Collect and send required documents and invoices to headquarters monthly
- Support afternoon and night shifts for technical issues or emergencies
- Identify and evaluate potential technical risks or problems in work execution
Key requirements
- Facility Management and Technical Operations experience
- Technical Maintenance with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering knowledge
- Proficiency in CMMS tools such as Coswin and MS Office
- Strong English language skills
- Health and Safety Measures awareness
- Customer Request Management and Procurement Management skills
- Technical Risk Assessment abilities
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Facility Managementpreferred
