About the job
We are looking for a skilled Site Surveyor for the Construction of the Northern Road Axis of Crete (NRAC or BOAK) to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement survey plans and procedures to meet project requirements
Conduct site surveys to gather data on land conditions, topography, and project boundaries in order to support project planning and design
Cooperate with project managers, construction team and subcontractors to meet project milestones and specifications
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports on the completion and progress of assigned tasks and projects
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment on-site
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role in Construction Industry, with involvement in road construction projects
Possession of a Category B License is required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (focus on Excel), AutoCAD and GIS applications
Fluency in English, both written and oral
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with results-oriented approach
