scanhrms payroll specialist

The ScanHRMS Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner. The Payroll Specialist must ensure compliance to local labor laws, financial integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data handling.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process monthly employee payroll using ScanHRMS payroll software

• Payroll payments

• Ensure employee records are up-to-date and accurate, including employee benefits, leaves, engagements, disengagements

• Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is entered into the payroll system in a timely manner and accurate manner

• Ensure local labor law and tax regulations compliance

• Participate in ad hoc and special projects to improve payroll processes

• Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant data

• Prepare payroll reports

• Assist with payroll audits

• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven 3 years’ experience as a payroll specialist

• BSc in Economics, Business Administration

• Proficient in using payroll software and tools

• Knowledge of payroll ScanHRMS software

• Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel

• Excellent knowledge of ERGANI, EFKA, payroll legislation and tax regulation

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, confidential data handling

• Experience in the Construction field will be considered an asset
