What you'll do
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in photovoltaic plants
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electromechanical faults
- Operate low and medium voltage installations following current procedures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in photovoltaic power converters, substations, and electrical equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support to other technicians during work execution
- Participate in resolving complex technical issues and applying best technical practices
- Support training and development of junior technicians
- Collaborate with Technical Coordinator and O&M Manager for effective task execution
- Comply with Health & Safety and corporate procedures
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Operation & Maintenance of photovoltaic plants
- Knowledge of electrical installations Low and Medium Voltage
- Fault diagnosis and repair of photovoltaic power converters (solar inverters)
- Handling of Medium Voltage installations
- Experience in Medium Voltage substations and related electrical equipment
- SCADA systems knowledge
- Use of monitoring platforms for photovoltaic plants
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Driving license category B
- Good knowledge of English language
- Adaptability to demanding working conditions
- Fieldwork capabilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Technical guidance and support to other technicians
- Compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Electrical Engineeringpreferred

Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο επαγγελματία Operation & Maintenance Photovoltaic Plants για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του Facility Management.
Αρμοδιότητες της Θέσης:
Εκτέλεση προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης σε φωτοβολταϊκούς σταθμούς.
Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση σύνθετων ηλεκτρολογικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών βλαβών.
Εκτέλεση χειρισμών σε εγκαταστάσεις Χαμηλής και Μέσης Τάσης, σύμφωνα με τις ισχύουσες διαδικασίες.
Διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση βλαβών σε φωτοβολταϊκούς μετατροπείς ισχύος (solar inverters), υποσταθμούς και λοιπό ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό.
Παροχή τεχνικής καθοδήγησης και υποστήριξης στους υπόλοιπους τεχνικούς κατά την εκτέλεση των εργασιών.
Συμμετοχή στην επίλυση σύνθετων τεχνικών προβλημάτων και στην εφαρμογή βέλτιστων τεχνικών πρακτικών.
Υποστήριξη της εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξης των νεότερων τεχνικών.
Συνεργασία με τον Technical Coordinator και τον O&M Manager για την αποτελεσματική εκτέλεση των εργασιών.
Τήρηση των διαδικασιών Υγείας & Ασφάλειας και των εταιρικών διαδικασιών.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Πτυχίο Τ.Ε.Ι./Α.Ε.Ι. Ηλεκτρολογίας ή άλλης συναφούς τεχνικής ειδικότητας
Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας στη λειτουργία και συντήρηση (Operation & Maintenance - O&M) φωτοβολταϊκών σταθμών
Άδεια εκτέλεσης χειρισμών σε εγκαταστάσεις Μέσης Τάσης (Μ.Τ.)
Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρολογικών εγκαταστάσεων Χαμηλής και Μέσης Τάσης.
Πολύ καλή γνώση λειτουργίας, διάγνωσης βλαβών και αποκατάστασης προβλημάτων σε φωτοβολταϊκούς μετατροπείς ισχύος (solar inverters).
Εμπειρία σε υποσταθμούς Μέσης Τάσης και στον σχετικό ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό.
Γνώση συστημάτων SCADA και πλατφορμών παρακολούθησης φωτοβολταϊκών σταθμών.
Καλή γνώση MS Office.
Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Δίπλωμα οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β.
Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων εντός Ελλάδας.
Διάθεση για εργασία στο πεδίο και προσαρμοστικότητα σε απαιτητικές συνθήκες εργασίας.
