What you'll do
- Supervise subcontractors and collaborate with foremen and crews to properly execute mechanical works according to studies, project requirements, and schedules
- Supervise mechanical equipment installation works
- Monitor work progress, daily program adherence, project schedule, and budget
- Resolve technical or operational issues on site promptly
- Ensure mechanical works comply with project requirements, standards, and site procedures
- Prepare preliminary measurements and mechanical work bill of quantities
- Provide regular updates to Project Director and prepare weekly and monthly reports
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Supervision of subcontractors and mechanical equipment installation
- Monitoring work progress and schedule adherence
- Resolving technical and operational issues on site
- Preparation of preliminary measurements and bill of quantities
- MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency
- Knowledge of English written and spoken
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Decision-making ability
- Mechanical Engineering / Any Field
