What you'll do
- Manage all concrete constructions including buildings, pumping stations, reservoirs, tunnels, and technical structures
- Prepare and review quantity surveys for civil engineering projects
- Implement studies on site and propose technical optimizations when required
- Plan material requirements and order materials in collaboration with the Procurement Department
- Check material quality certificates
- Coordinate and effectively manage subcontractors and crews
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- Apply health and safety rules on site
- Ensure construction quality according to technical specifications and project standards
- Record project data including work progress and costing per project section
- Identify and effectively resolve construction problems in a timely manner
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Construction Site Management experience
- Knowledge of Public Works Legislation and construction regulations
- Analysis and Interpretation of Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel) and AutoCAD proficiency
- Excellent English Language Proficiency
- Health & Safety Program implementation experience
- Control of Material Quality Certificates
- Preparation and Review of Quantity Surveys
- Materials Planning and Ordering
- Coordination of Subcontractors and Crews
- Maintaining Project Log and Costing Documentation
- Construction Problem Solving skills
- Compliance with Technical Specifications

Αυτή τη στιγμή αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο Μηχανικό Κατασκευής Εργοταξίου για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα κατασκευής του Φράγματος Τσικνιά (Ν. Λέσβου).
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Υπεύθυνος για το σύνολο των κατασκευών από σκυρόδεμα (κτιριακά, αντλιοστάσια, δεξαμενές, σήραγγες, τεχνικά)
Σύνταξη και έλεγχος προμετρήσεων έργων Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
Εφαρμογή των μελετών στο πεδίο και προτάσεις τεχνικών βελτιστοποιήσεων, όπου απαιτείται
Προγραμματισμός αναγκών και παραγγελία υλικών σε συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Προμηθειών
Έλεγχος των πιστοποιητικών ποιότητας των υλικών
Συντονισμός και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση υπεργολάβων και συνεργείων
Παρακολούθηση της προόδου των εργασιών και διασφάλιση της τήρησης του χρονοδιαγράμματος του έργου
Εφαρμογή των κανόνων Υγείας & Ασφάλειας στο έργο
Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των κατασκευών σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τα πρότυπα του έργου
Καταγραφή στοιχείων έργου, όπως η πρόοδος εργασιών (τήρηση και ενημέρωση του ημερολογίου έργου) και το κοστολόγιο ανά τμήμα έργου
Έγκαιρη αναγνώριση και αποτελεσματική επίλυση κατασκευαστικών προβλημάτων
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, ιδίως σε έργα υποδομής
Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση εργοταξίων και στην κατασκευαστική δραστηριότητα
Γνώση της σχετικής νομοθεσίας περί δημοσίων έργων και των κανονισμών που διέπουν τα κατασκευαστικά έργα
Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και ερμηνείας κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
Πολύ καλή γνώση του του Microsoft Office (κυρίως Excel) και του AutoCAD
Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επίλυσης προβλημάτων
