We are looking for a motivated and ambitious ESG Associate to support the implementation of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. He/she will work closely with the Head of ESG and various internal teams to support ESG data collection, reporting, research, and strategic project execution that contributes to our long-term sustainability goals.
The role is ideal for applicants at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn and grow within the sustainability field.
Duties and responsibilities:
Support ESG data collection (and data analysis) and reporting, with a strong focus on alignment with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) including environmental, social, and governance KPIs
Contribute to sustainability disclosures aligned with frameworks such as:
CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures)
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Health & Safety, Procurement, Operations) to gather information and support ongoing initiatives
Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and sustainability best practices
Assist in ESG rating submissions and responses to investor or stakeholder ESG assessments
Assist in environmental assessments related to biodiversity, climate, water use, and land impacts
Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Job qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (can include internships or academic projects)
Strong interest in ESG, sustainability frameworks, and environmental issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with curiosity, drive, adaptability and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work well both independently and in cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with emissions accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) or ESG reporting standards is a plus
