architect engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect Engineer to join our Team, one of the high-rise  residential projects in Greece and Mediterranean.

The individual will be involved in different aspects of the construction process and will have the opportunity to collaborate with all the project construction functions

Duties and responsibilities:

• End to End Overseeing and supervising of the project to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.   

• Studying the client’s needs and preparing feasibility reports and design proposals that meet the project requirements.

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for the Architraves package, aligned with overall project milestones. Monitor and control the scope, schedule, and budget of the Architraves package.

• Managing budgets and timelines, ensuring the project stays within financial and time constraints.

• Conducting on-site visits and inspections to monitor progress and construction quality and submitting reports.

• Collaborating and coordinating with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals for smooth project execution.

• Preparing and managing technical documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, and permits required for construction.

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Keeping up to date new architectural trends and technologies to ensure innovation and sustainability of the project.

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Architect Engineering and/or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction subcontracts

• Experience in high-rise building construction will be considered an asset

• Commercial Awareness of the Greek Construction Market and Subcontractors

• Professional working Proficiency in English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
