Aksia is seeking a Private Equity Investment Analyst to support its Private Equity team in data and analytics initiatives. This role involves updating, verifying, and correcting investment information to help maintain and improve high-quality internal and client-facing databases and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets.
This role will be based in Aksia’s Athens office and will involve regular collaboration with global colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and improve databases related to investment deal flow.
- Perform quality control checks and identify and resolve discrepancies in research-related datasets.
- Work closely with Research, Data, and Risk teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of investment details and private equity fund strategies.
- Assist in the creation of reports and analytical materials.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to private equity strategies.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within financial services.
- Ability to follow processes and strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial and business concepts.
- Knowledge or experience in the private equity market is highly valued.
