- Flying Experience on A320 Family of 500 hours
- Class 1 Medical Certificate and ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Unrestricted Right to Live and Work in the EU
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking under stress
