What you'll do
- Collate, record and update maintenance technical records including flight data and component changes in AMOS database
- Ensure technical records documentation is accurate and raise and monitor discrepancies for rectification
- Maintain and update aircraft, engine and APU logbooks
- Check and review all records upon aircraft delivery for consistency and airworthiness
- Participate in aircraft re-delivery, Lessor mid-term inspections and ARC review by preparing documentation, generating reports and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure quality of maintenance data through close collaboration with other departments
Key requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance principles and components
- Experience with Technical Records Management and documentation accuracy
- Skill in technical discrepancy resolution and report generation
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Team collaboration and compliance with aviation regulations
- Driving license

About the job
There is currently a job opening for Technical Records Officers for both Standard Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 09.00-17.00) and Rotating Shift Schedule (24/7) within the Technical Records team. In this role, you will contribute to the accurate management and maintenance of the Company's aircraft technical records, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures. You will support the integrity of maintenance documentation, update technical records in AMOS and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure aircraft technical information remains complete, accurate and readily available. What you will do:
Collate, record and update maintenance technical records from Line and Base maintenance environment including flight data & component changes in AMOS database
Ensure technical records documentation is filled out correctly, raise and monitor technical discrepancies for rectification of issues identified
Maintain and update aircraft, engine and APU logbooks
Check and review all records upon an aircraft delivery in order to assure their consistency compared to the aircraft condition and airworthiness
Participate in aircraft re-delivery, Lessor mid-term inspections and ARC review process by preparing documentation, generating reports and resolving discrepancies during review
Ensure quality of the maintenance data through close collaboration with other departments
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
Previous experience in working in a maintenance relevant position would be considered an asset
Understanding of the principles of aircraft maintenance and components
Driving license
And you have competence in:
Demonstrating strong accuracy and attention to detail
Communicating effectively in a structured manner
Organizing and prioritizing workload effectively
Managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
Committing strongly to rules and procedures
