What you'll do
- Provide telephone customer service to inbound callers with flight, fare, and service information
- Issue and reissue tickets
- Manage ticket upgrades, including Business Class and Miles & Bonus
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Maximize profit through ticket sales
Key requirements
- Greek and English language fluency
- Telephone customer service and customer-focused issue resolution
- Flight, fare, and service information; ticket issuance and reissuance
- Booking management and ticket upgrades
- MS Office and a suitable home working setup
- 24-hour shift flexibility, structured communication, organization, attention to detail, and following guidelines and procedures
- Any Fieldpreferred
