What you'll do
- Plan and organize flight itineraries based on aircraft performance, weather and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze current and forecasted weather conditions for safe, efficient operations
- Coordinate with pilots, ground staff and relevant parties to support timely departures and arrivals
- Create and revise flight plans, including fuel requirements and alternate airports
- Provide real-time flight crew support with weather, route and operational updates
- Communicate clearly with air traffic control and relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to resolve issues and optimize performance
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Flight planning, itinerary coordination and fuel planning
- Weather analysis and aircraft performance assessment
- Aviation regulations, procedures and regulatory compliance
- Flight operations monitoring and operational data analysis
- Flight crew support and air traffic control coordination
- MS Office; aviation industry knowledge; English and Greek language skills
- Any Fieldpreferred
