There is currently a job opening “Digital Optimization Senior Analyst”, in the Digital Performance Team. As a Digital Optimization Senior Analyst, you will build reports, conduct in-depth analysis, optimize digital products and services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall digital customer experience. If you want to be a part of a fast-paced environment and have a passion in analyzing digital data to provide actionable insights that drive digital strategies and business decisions, then this role is for you!

What you will do:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple digital data sources using tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to uncover actionable insights

• Create and deliver comprehensive analytics dashboards and performance reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, behavioral metrics, and ROI of digital initiatives, providing strategic recommendations for optimization

• Evaluate and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize digital touchpoints performance and usability, translating findings into actionable recommendations

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital performance analysis, identifying strategic opportunities and market threats

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance in tracking implementations via platforms such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager

• Collect and distribute data and analyses of digital touch points’ user navigation, trends and patterns to internal stakeholders to support business and departmental objectives

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

• 2-4 years of professional working experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or in a relevant role

• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Management, Excel, or in any similar tools for data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with Systems, A/B Testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely), and dashboarding tools

And you have competence in:

• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach

• Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner

• Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, while independently driving key initiatives

• Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with digital analytics trends and technologies
