You will be part of a global team of data scientists, data engineers, and experts in AI & ML, who are highly collaborative taking on today’s biggest, most complex business challenges across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance search, content analytics, and generative AI applications using modern technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the applications and their components.
• Feel comfortable working hands on on any layer of the application stack: User Interface, middleware, backend, data store.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Integrate large language models to applications:
• Build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models.
• Develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services. Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.
• Solve organizational problems for the client by analyzing requirements, providing valuable market research linked insights and developing tools and processes to aid decision making.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

• B.Sc. and M.Sc. or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and enterprise search solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Javascript, or C++
• Knowledge of enterprise search platforms (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, Lucene, Google Cloud Search, Azure AI Search)
• Familiarity with Kibana, Logstash, and other tools within the Elasticsearch ecosystem
• Excellent understanding of search indexing, query optimization, and data analysis
• Expertise in NLP, information retrieval, and search relevance tuning
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning models into search solutions
• Understanding of data engineering, data lakes, and data warehouse architectures
