As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools also, to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will envision, estimate, define, build, and deploy Accenture’s solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of scalable and efficient Appian applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Develop and configure process models, interfaces, records, and reports using Appian’s low-code platform
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications, providing timely support to client and SLAs
• Ensure proper documentation of development processes, user manuals, and other technical artifacts.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Appian application development, including hands-on experience with Appian's low-code platform.
• Strong proficiency in Appian components such as process models, SAIL, reports, records, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
• Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Appian integration tools, including Appian Web APIs, RPA, and external system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to mentor and lead a development team while maintaining a hands-on technical role.
• Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer certification is a plus.
