payroll analyst

We are looking for a  Payroll Analyst  who will be supporting all payroll activities and processes within Payroll department to ensure that the global & local practices are followed in order to maintain Accenture's high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and actively participate in payroll calculations

• Ensure compliance with Greek Labor Law, payroll tax regulations and internal policies in payroll calculations

• Collaborating effectively with other departments, providing payroll-related support as needed

• Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company standards.

• Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar payroll or HR role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
