About the job

You’ll support end-to-end AI delivery – from data exploration to data analysis, hypothesis testing, and dashboarding – and contribute directly to translating business needs into tangible data analysis outputs. Ideal for hands-on analysts with strong visualization and AI-enablement skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Support senior consultants in shaping and delivering AI-driven transformation strategies for public service clients across Europe.
Contribute to policy and strategy alignment, helping ensure that AI and data solutions address broader public sector priorities and citizen needs.
Assist in stakeholder engagement and management, including preparation for client workshops, documentation, and progress reporting.
Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and support the design of AI-enabled consulting interventions (not just technical models).
Work with data exploration, preparation, and visualization to generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Contribute to model assessment, dashboard creation, and performance tracking, while keeping focus on the business implications.
Actively participate in knowledge sharing, internal capability building, and cross-border collaboration with Accenture teams.
Develop skills on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern AI tools, while building consulting capabilities in public sector transformation and enterprise change.
Preferred Experience:
Foundational knowledge of cloud and AI concepts, with exposure to at least one major platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Interest in project management methodologies like Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile; any coursework or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) are a plus.
Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, IBM Watson Studio, or other AI/ML tools through academic projects or internships.
Awareness of AI governance concepts or participation in university-led AI ethics discussions or readiness assessments.
Understanding of EU and public sector regulatory and policy environments, with the ability to connect compliance requirements to transformation initiatives.
