As a Cloud Data Engineer at Accenture, you’ll work in cross-functional teams to help our clients unlock the power of their data. You’ll design, build, and deploy modern data solutions on leading cloud platforms, creating the foundations that enable advanced analytics and AI.
Responsibilities
:
Develop data applications & solutions with a focus on learning core skills and performing tasks without supervision.
Handle increasingly complex tasks with moderate supervision, applying learned knowledge to deliver results and solve routine problems.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows in cloud environments.
Support data architects by gathering requirements and helping define data models and architecture.
Maintain data quality and governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
Participate in process improvements and apply DevOps practices to streamline workflows.
Qualification
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Min 1 year of experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
Foundational knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts.
Competence in SQL and/or Python/Pyspark programming languages.
Moderate experience with Cloud data platforms (e.g Databricks, MS Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure DataLake, AWS S3, Google GCP) and knowledge/understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, dbt) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
