As a BPM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing BPM solutions and will play a key role in the digital transformation of organizations. You will participate in the build, test and maintenance processes of BPM tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and processes. You will envision, estimate, define, build, and deploy Accenture’s solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of BPM solutions using IBM BAW, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals and IT strategy.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop BPM solution designs, including process models, integration strategies, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery managers, business analysts, software engineers, SMEs etc.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design through to implementation and deployment. Ensure high quality deliverables, identify and address technical risks.
• Establish and enforce best practices and keep up with the latest industry trends and standards for BPM solution development.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing technical input and ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are realistic and achievable.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements, leveraging BPM capabilities to enhance business processes and workflows.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., BPM certification, TOGAF) is considered a plus.
• Previous solid working experience in BPM solution architecture, design and implementation for 4+ years
• Extensive experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). Knowledge in other platforms will also be taken into consideration (e.g. Appian, Pega).
• Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) and system integration methodologies.
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
