As an AI Value Strategy Analyst, you’ll help turn AI ambition into measurable enterprise value, connecting strategy, investment decisions, delivery progress, and realized business outcomes. You’ll define the value framework, KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms that show where AI is creating impact and where to scale next. You’ll work across business, technology, finance, operations, and delivery teams to make AI value visible, measurable, and continuously improved.

What you'll build

• Operate and evolve the Value Office framework, governance model, reporting structure, and value tracking mechanisms

• Define and maintain value realization methodologies, KPIs, and measurement mechanisms across transformation and AI programs

• Track and monitor business benefits, financial impact, productivity gains, and operational outcomes across initiatives

• Build executive dashboards, reporting packs, and value tracking mechanisms for senior leadership and governance forums

• Develop business cases, investment justifications, and value articulation for AI use cases going live

• Connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and operational impact

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, ROI, and execution feasibility

• Establish governance frameworks, KPI structures, and executive reporting models

Qualification

What we need

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

• 2-3 years in strategy, transformation, PMO, or value management, ideally in a tech or financial services context

• Proven track record building ROI models, business cases, and value measurement frameworks

• Strong analytical skills,  comfortable with financial modelling, KPI design, and executive-level reporting

• Excellent communicator, you translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders

• Hands-on with Power BI or Tableau for executive dashboards and portfolio reporting

• Understanding of AI and digital transformation, you know enough to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions

• Structured thinker; self-directed; thrives in ambiguity and cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI program governance or technology portfolio management

• Jira / Confluence for portfolio tracking; enterprise reporting platforms

• Exposure to benefits realization in regulated or financial services environments
