- Map stakeholders, user groups, adoption barriers, readiness needs, and change impacts for AI rollouts
- Support rollout of AI tools such as Claude, Cowork, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Microsoft 365 AI workflows
- Capture user feedback and adoption pain points and turn them into product and enablement improvements
- Build and activate AI champion communities sharing workflows and success stories
- Monitor adoption KPIs like usage, satisfaction, training completion, and productivity
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- AI adoption, change enablement, and digital transformation skills
- Experience with GenAI tools like Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise
- Prompt design, workflow playbooks design, quick-start guides, demos, and trainings
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Forms
- Stakeholder engagement and communication between business, product, and technology teams
- Analytical mindset for tracking adoption, usage, satisfaction, training effectiveness, and change
- Responsible AI awareness including data privacy, security, model limitations, and governance
- Business Administration / Information Systems / Digital Transformation / Communications / Engineering / Social Sciencespreferred

As AI Senior Change Enablement Specialist , you will drive AI tool adoption across business functions, from awareness to confident daily use. You will run stakeholder analysis, design training, and build the campaigns that turn sceptics into champions. You will sit at the intersection of people, culture, and technology ensuring adoption translates into real, sustained impact.
What you’ll do
Shape enablement plans for AI tools and use cases moving into production, working with product owners, delivery squads, and business teams
Translate AI capabilities into practical ways of working: prompts, workflow patterns, use-case examples, do’s and don’ts, quick-start guides, and demos
Run hands-on sessions, clinics, office hours, and role-based learning journeys that help users apply AI to real tasks
Map stakeholders, user groups, adoption barriers, readiness needs, and change impacts for each AI rollout
Support the rollout of tools such as Claude, Cowork, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Microsoft 365 AI-enabled workflows
Capture user feedback, support questions, prompt patterns, and adoption pain points - then turn them into product and enablement improvements
Build and activate AI champion communities that share reusable workflows, success stories, and practical lessons across teams
Monitor adoption KPIs: usage, satisfaction, time-to-proficiency, training completion, productivity signals, and support demand
Qualification
What we need
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Communications, Engineering, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
3-6 years of experience in AI adoption, change enablement, digital transformation, product operations, business analysis, learning, or technology rollout
Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools (eg Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar)
Strong understanding of how AI tools support daily work: research, summarisation, drafting, analysis, knowledge retrieval, automation, and decision support
Ability to design prompts,workflow playbooks,quick-start guides, demos, FAQs, trainings
Familiarity with MS 365 and collaboration tools: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate between business users, product teams, technology teams, and delivery squads
Analytical mindset to track adoption, usage, satisfaction, training effectiveness and change
Awareness of Responsible AI, data privacy, security, model limitations, and governance in regulated environments
Nice to have:
ADKAR / Prosci, change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, readiness planning
Experience with adoption dashboards, surveys, feedback loops, champion networks etc
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation, prompt libraries, AI agents, or knowledge assistants
