As an AI Business Transformation Consultant, you will support large-scale AI transformation programs within the banking sector, focusing on business analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

The Business Transformation Consultant plays a key role in delivering AI-enabled transformation programs, helping clients reimagine their operations through innovative technologies and data-driven solutions.

Leading Responsibilities

• Conduct business and process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities across banking operations

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and AI use case definitions

• Support the design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with client objectives

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and Data/AI engineering teams

• Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities

• Support project management activities, including delivery tracking, timelines, and reporting

• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI solutions

• Drive adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement and change management support

Qualification

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or consulting, ideally within banking or financial services

• Strong understanding of business processes and transformation methodologies

• Exposure to AI/GenAI concepts and digital transformation initiatives

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with AI use case design or automation initiatives

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Understanding of data, analytics, or AI engineering workflows
