What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the cleaning team to ensure hygiene and safety compliance in the production area
- Inspect and prepare production facilities daily after the production process
- Supervise adherence to cleaning protocols related to critical quality control points
- Ensure personnel hygiene and compliance with internal cleaning procedures
- Inspect mechanical equipment according to quality and safety requirements
- Manage tasks during the afternoon shift (12:00 – 20:30)

• Επιτήρηση της τήρησης των πρωτοκόλλων καθαριότητας σε σχέση με τα κρίσιμα σημεία ελέγχου ποιότητας
• Διασφάλιση της υγιεινής του προσωπικού και της συμμόρφωσής τους με τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες καθαριότητας
• Έλεγχος του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις ποιότητας και ασφάλειας
• Απογευματινό Ωράριο (12:00 – 20:30)

• Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στον τομέα της βιομηχανίας τροφίμων
• Εμπειρία στον συντονισμό ομάδας για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απογευματινή βάρδια και διαχείριση πολυάριθμων εργασιών με ταυτόχρονη διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων
• Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και προσανατολισμός στην αποτελεσματική ομαδική εργασία
