What you'll do
- Collect and process data from production units to derive useful insights
- Create reports on purchasing and sales data and production unit results
- Monitor and prepare inventory reports, identifying deviations early
- Develop data automation to reduce manual processes
- Design and create new dashboards tailored to user needs
- Operate ERP software and verify data entries
- Support users as needed
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Proficiency in Excel functions and Power BI report creation
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and database processing
- Experience with data analysis and data automation tools like Alteryx
- Ability to extract data from SAP for reporting purposes
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail when working with large data volumes
- Effective communication skills and teamwork
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Any Field

Παίζεις ενεργό ρόλο στη σωστή λειτουργία της εταιρείας συμμετέχοντας στις διαδικασίες
του τμήματος Οικονομικής Ανάλυσης. Σκοπός σου είναι η συλλογή και η επεξεργασία
δεδομένων που σχετίζονται με τις παραγωγικές δραστηριότητες των μονάδων. Επιπλέον,
χειρίζεσαι τα προγράμματα ERP, ελέγχεις τις καταχωρήσεις δεδομένων και υποστηρίζεις
τους χρήστες όποτε κρίνεται απαραίτητο.
Πως μοιάζει η καθημερινότητά σου:
• Συλλέγεις και επεξεργάζεσαι δεδομένα από τις παραγωγικές μονάδες, μετατρέποντάς τα
σε χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα για την ομάδα
• Δημιουργείς αναφορές για τα στοιχεία αγορών και πωλήσεων, καθώς και για τα
αποτελέσματα των παραγωγικών μονάδων
• Παρακολουθείς και συντάσσεις αναφορές για τα αποθέματα, εντοπίζοντας έγκαιρα
αποκλίσεις
• Αναπτύσσεις αυτοματισμούς στη ροή των δεδομένων (data automation), μειώνοντας τις
χειροκίνητες διαδικασίες
• Σχεδιάζεις και δημιουργείς νέα dashboards προσαρμοσμένα στις ανάγκες των χρηστών
Είσαι ο άνθρωπος που ψάχνουμε εάν:
• Είσαι απόφοιτος τμήματος Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή
συναφούς κλάδου
• Έχεις προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία από 1 έως 2 χρόνια ως Οικονομικός Αναλυτής ή
σε αντίστοιχη θέση ανάλυσης δεδομένων
• Έχεις άριστη γνώση χειρισμού συναρτήσεων Excel
• Έχεις εμπειρία στη δημιουργία γραφημάτων, ιδανικά μέσω Power BΙ
• Έχεις γνώσεις χειρισμού SQL για άντληση στοιχείων και επεξεργασία βάσεων δεδομένων
• Έχεις γνώσεις ανάλυσης δεδομένων μέσω Alteryx, χωρίς αυτό να είναι απαραίτητο
• Έχεις γνώσεις εξαγωγής δεδομένων από το SAP με σκοπό τη δημιουργία αναφορών,
χωρίς αυτό να είναι απαραίτητο
• Έχεις άριστη ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και κριτική σκέψη
• Προσέχεις τις λεπτομέρειες και είσαι ικανός να εργάζεσαι με μεγάλους όγκους
δεδομένων
• Κατέχεις αποτελεσματικές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες παρουσίασης
