The Test Management and Quality Assurance Department plays a critical role in managing and executing tests to ensure software quality through dynamic management of both the provided technological infrastructure (see testing environments for the Bank's applications) and the coordination of the work of staff from Business Units involved in the inspections.

The Test Engineer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all activities related to the test cycles of the organization's IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design the execution plan for Test Scenarios
• Review Requirements and Functional Application Design regarding the content of Test Scenarios
• Participate in maintaining the database of scenarios.
• Participate and support the execution process of Test Scenarios during the phases of testing
• Participate in the implementation/maintenance of Test Automation Scripts by analyzing the requirements for their creation.
• Monitor the process of transferring programs and data to the test environments
• Update software development teams on Defects/SIR/Issues and monitor the process for their resolution
• Collaborate with S/W Quality Management to check the progress of the testing phases (SIR, KPIs, Time Schedule, documentation management)
• Collaborate with the Test Center Coordinator for the maintenance of UAT computers.• Maintain the KPIs of the Testing Factory area

Qualifications

Who you are

• Degree in Computer Science or in the Financial Sector
• At least three (3) years of experience in application development or software testing
• Very good knowledge of Test Management Tools (Mercury, ALMComplete, JIRA)
• Basic knowledge of Test Process Specification Design
• Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Basic knowledge of Information Systems Design and Networking
• Basic knowledge of Databases and Information Systems Security
• Basic knowledge of Test Automation Systems
• Experience in the Business Functionality of applications
• Experience with the application architecture used
• Experience with software testing standards, Test Management & Automation Tools used
• Experience with the operating systems of information systems used
