test engineer (banking sector)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior System Integration & Performance Testing Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the performance validation and technical analysis of our new Core Banking system, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the stress testing of the infrastructure for the new Core Banking system.
• Investigate technical issues and defects related to the Core Banking system and collaborate in identifying root causes.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Core Banking vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and understand the logic of services, with the ability to review and interpret Java or C# code as needed.
• Work closely with Database Administrators, leveraging a solid understanding of database systems to ensure performance and integrity.

Qualifications

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system integration and/or performance testing roles.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and architectures.
• Ability to read and interpret code in Java or C#, to support service analysis and logic review.
• Proficiency in JMeter or similar tools for stress and performance testing.
• Solid knowledge of database systems and the ability to collaborate with DB Admins effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
