What you'll do
- Review applicable codes, standards, specifications, and project requirements
- Participate in management review meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Monitor Project Quality Plan implementation and review site QA/QC documentation
- Review material inspection acceptances and manage non-conformance reports and surveillance issues
- Monitor Request for Inspection status and support daily site coordination
- Review, approve, and monitor Inspection and Test Plan implementation
- Review and approve field QC documents, including inspection and testing reports
- Review and approve Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records, and testing procedures
- Review material and equipment storage, preservation, and calibration documentation
- Review QA/QC input to method statements and Job Safety Analysis
- Maintain up-to-date punch list status and monitor completion
- Review project handover packages and monitor closeout status
- Witness welder qualification testing and organize QA/QC training programs
- Plan, organize, and lead periodic ISO 9001:2008 audits
- Coordinate with the contractor’s Quality Manager and attend project meetings
- Monitor regulatory and standards changes and ensure project compliance
- Oversee project closeout documentation, final inspections, punch list completion, and handover

- QA/QC engineering, construction quality control, and quality management plan implementation
- Inspection and Test Plans, Request for Inspection monitoring, and QA/QC documentation review
- Codes and standards compliance and auditing to ISO 9001:2008
- Non-conformance report management and project closeout and handover
- Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records, and non-destructive testing
- Hydrostatic testing and calibration certificate review
