What you'll do

- Deliver professional development sessions and present best practices to faculty
- Mentor and train new learning support aides as needed
- Support OLP operational coordination, workflow alignment, and internal communications
- Review psycho-educational evaluation reports to identify actionable accommodations
- Maintain confidential student records and update institutional standards and benchmarks
- Ensure secure, timely faculty access to updated ILP and ISP documentation
- Attend OLP team meetings, faculty meetings, and annual school events
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Individual Learning Plans (ILP), Individual Support Plans (ISP) & Student scheduling
- Learning accommodations, Differentiated instruction & Adaptive teaching strategies
- Testing accommodations coordination & Psycho-educational evaluation report review
- Faculty collaboration, Student advocacy & Crisis management
- Confidential student data handling & Professional development delivery
- Lesson planning & English language proficiency
- Psychology / Special Education / Educational Psychologypreferred
