What you'll do
- Maintain and overhaul rolling stock according to preventive and corrective work instructions
- Follow industrial work instructions, quality systems, standard operating sheets, and task sequencing
- Complete or support team activities safely, efficiently, on time, and to specification
- Apply special processes subject to internal qualification
- Support secondary-level fault finding and read schematic diagrams when required
- Use MMIS/SES to record operational progress and issue status
- Report operational status and complete work checklists and work orders accurately
- Suggest productivity improvements with team leaders and the Industrial Team
- Maintain 5S housekeeping across related work areas
- Follow safety rules, notices, regulations, EHS measures, and safe working practices
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Rolling stock maintenance; preventive and corrective maintenance
- Mechanical maintenance; electrical or electronic maintenance
- Industrial work instructions; work instructions and task sequencing; technical instructions
- Quality systems and standards; EHS compliance; 5S housekeeping
- Fault finding; reading schematic diagrams
- MMIS/SES; work checklists and work orders; IT basic knowledge
- Technical Apprenticeship / Maintenance Engineering
