assistant to business (electrification)

We are looking for an ‘Assistant to Business’ for the Electrification Business Area, based in our Metamorphossis premises, Attica.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and secretarial assistance at a business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks and showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Assisting the Business Manager and the Electrification team by ensuring the smooth daily operation and organization of the BA in accordance with the established company procedures.

Acting as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assessing the urgency of issues, and initiating appropriate action.

Arranging travel and internal/external events, managing documents, providing customer service and other administrative tasks.

Proposing ideas for optimizing processes with the aim of better and faster operation.

Qualifications for the role

• University Degree
• Prior experience in an administrative position will be considered an asset. Experience in a technical company will be a plus.
• Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
• Excellent command of English language.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and trustworthiness. Organizational thinking and high attention to detail
