Job’s purpose

As a Promo Data Associate, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing data related to all promotional offers in Alfa-Beta. You will contribute to the effectiveness of our campaigns and ensure the optimal performance of our promotional activities.

What you will focus on

• Manage the promotional activities based on the established timeline, using the relevant systems.

• Understand the promotional activities and use the appropriate systems depending on the need.

• Handle all fields related to the creation, maintenance, execution and monitoring of promotional actions across the supply chain.

• Support and collaborate directly with the Buying, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Forecasting & Replenishment departments.

Who we are looking for

• A university/technical institute/private college degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

• Excellent command of the English language

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a good level in Excel

• Experience in data entry will be considered an asset

• Knowledge of the SAP system will be considered an asset
